What do I need to rent?

A valid driver's license, your own auto insurance, and a tow vehicle rated for the trailer with a properly rated hitch and a 7-pin connector. Renters must be 25 or older.

How does booking and payment work?

Everything runs through Towlos - you book your dates, verify your identity, sign the rental terms, and pay on their platform. We never handle your payment info directly.

What if the trailer gets damaged?

Bookings include damage protection through the Towlos platform, and our fleet carries its own commercial insurance on top. Any issue gets documented together at return - no surprises later.

Do you deliver?

Yes - across the Kansas City metro, priced by distance each way, with a bundle rate for delivery plus pickup. Ask when booking and we'll quote it upfront.

Can I take the trailer out of state?

Rentals are Missouri-based by default, but out-of-state trips are routinely approved - just tell us your destination when booking and we'll note the approval in writing.
