Picking Up Your Trailer

1. Book online

   Choose your trailer and dates on our website, then check out.

2. Verify your ID and auto insurance

   Complete the identification and auto insurance verification during booking. It only takes a few minutes.

3. Open the link in your email

   Your confirmation email has a link. Click it when it's time to pick up and follow the instructions.

4. Go to the location

   The link tells you where to go and where your trailer is parked.

5. Photograph the trailer

   Take photos of the trailer through the link. This records its condition before you leave.

6. Get your lockbox combination

   The link gives you a combination for the lockbox on the front of the trailer. Your keys are inside.

7. Unlock the coupler lock, hook up and take off

   Use the key to take off the coupler lock, hook the trailer to your vehicle, and you're on your way.

Returning Your Trailer

1. Bring it back to the same spot

   Return the trailer to where you picked it up, by the end of your rental.

2. Open the same link

   Use the link from your email and start your return.

3. Photograph the trailer

   Take photos of the trailer through the link to record its condition.

4. Lock it up

   Unhook, put the coupler lock back on, and return the keys to the lockbox. That's it.
