| Cancel 24 or more hours before pickup | 100% refund |
| Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup | We'll offer a free reschedule. If no date works, or you'd rather not rebook, you get a 50% refund |
| No-show with no contact | No refund |
| Unsafe towing weather | Free reschedule at any notice. What counts as unsafe is at Renio's discretion |
| Reschedule | Free whenever the new date is available |
